We use Certified Builder contracts for our projects, complemented by a Project Schedule with fixed payments due when stages of the project are complete. This fixed pricing assists budget planning and gives clients confidence that, should the project experience minor holdups, i.e. weather or unavailability of a specific material, they won’t occur additional time in carpentry costs.
We also have processes in place for major variations to the project. A written variation to the pricing would be agreed with the client prior to any work being undertaken.

Suburban Solutions completed a major renovation of our 1920’s bungalow in St. Mary’s Bay, Auckland in 2006. I was very impressed with the manner in the team conducted themselves on what was a challenging job with difficult site access.
Suburban Solutions has an excellent team of carpenters, skilled in their profession with high standards of quality and good personal skills making it easy to deal with them on a daily basis. Their contractors impressed us with their reliability and their ‘can-do’ attitude.
